How it works Psychologistist perspective

The psychologist runs the SAFE pathway, not a student profile

The psychologist’s view supports rapid intervention: report priority, class context and action status. Personal data and mapping an entry to a specific person are excluded.

Authorised SAFE pathway
Data minimisation
Privacy principles →
Security built in Access restricted by role scope.
Privacy by default No personal data and no student identification.
Action pathway Intervention statuses and action flow.

Operating principle: fast response, hard access boundaries

The psychologist sees signals requiring support and runs the intervention process. Data that are not needed for action are not exposed.

SAFE

Priority report queue

Events requiring urgent response: priority, timing and handling status.

Context

Class trend and activity

The aggregate view helps assess whether the signal is incidental or recurring.

Workflow

Intervention status

Accepted → in progress → closed. A clear pathway of responsibility and decisions.

Does the psychologist see the student’s personal data?
No. The SAFE view is process-authorised, but it still does not reveal personal data or mapping an entry to a person.
Does the teacher see the content of SAFE reports?
No. The teacher sees the signal and status, while SAFE content remains in the authorised pathway (counsellor/psychologist).
What does “intervention status” mean in practice?
Each report goes through stages (e.g. accepted, in progress, closed), which organises responsibility and shortens reaction time.
