How ReflectMe supports a school

ReflectMe is a tool that supports student wellbeing and helps schools detect signals that require attention faster, based on a daily anonymous mood check-in.

This is not just another survey. It is an operational standard for student wellbeing: regular measurement, trend over time, and a clear moment to trigger support.

ReflectMe also supports the school when the source of a student’s difficulty lies outside the school environment.

  • Anonymous check-in — simple and fast
  • Class trend — an aggregate view without personal identifiers
  • Urgent signals — a clear moment to trigger support

How ReflectMe works in practice

A daily check-in gives the school a structured signal: from a short student response, through class trend, to a clear moment to activate support.

  1. Student check-in

The student marks their mood anonymously. It is fast, with no login and no student accounts.

  2. Class trend

The school sees an aggregate picture at class level and change over time — not a profile of an individual student.

  3. SAFE signal

When an urgent signal appears, ReflectMe indicates the moment to trigger the support procedure.

  4. Adequate response

A specialist or the school takes further action according to role, scope of responsibility, and the school’s procedure.
